Water of Life: Hydrotherapy Treatments for the Whole Family

with Judith Boice, ND
Medicine Talk invites you to join us for another free educational talk about natural medicine

Discover how water can be used externally to treat a myriad of health conditions, from colds and the flu to headaches and digestive problems. The hydrotherapy treatments we will explore were researched by physicians in the early 20th century and have been proven to increase red and white blood cell production and activity (boosting the immune system), improve circulation in the digestive tract, and reduce pain and swelling. Hydrotherapy treatments are powerfully effective and free, requiring only towels and hot and cold water.
