About the speaker:

Yaffa Lvova is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and twin mom who is passionate about providing nutrition education for the pregnant or breastfeeding woman, help with nutrition for colicky or fussy babies, and assistance with initial food introduction.

She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Arizona State University in 2010, and went on to complete the Iowa State University Dietetic Internship.

Yaffa partners with families to grow happy, healthy babies and confident parents by breaking down complex scientific concepts, ideas, theories, and research into easier to understand language so that parents can make informed decisions about their child's wellness. She works in collaboration with parents to transform complex science into simple words that describe why things work and what formulas, recipes, and strategies you can use to achieve optimum health for your child & you.

She can help you plan nutrition for yourself and your baby as you transition into motherhood, and she provides in-home or by-phone counseling to assist in the following areas:

  • Prenatal nutrition
  • Nutrition for mom and baby during breastfeeding
  • Fussy or colicky baby
  • Initial food introduction to baby
  • Inadequate weight gain
  • Allergy Management
  • Selective (picky) eaters
